Pros: Large room, big kitchen. Clean. Bathroom is eco-friendly meaning not offer daily housekeeping (towels not needed, but coffee refresh is!)
Cons: Breakfast is simple. Expect cook your own waffles, and simple bagels, cereal, and yogurt. Fine, but should explain it a bit more in offering it as so.
Location: Not far from inner harbor, but not much in walking area. Everything closed at night and weekends. Even CVS and Dunkin Donuts.
Valet super pricey, had to go down the street (Charles street) Hilton was $36 daily, off the street on "Charles Parking America" was $27 TOTAL for 3 days. But place was clean and nice and simple. Googled Pet Friendly and got it, but didn't know there was a $75 fee to bring my pup. Which was odd because no additional things were needed or given to accommodate him, so why the fee? A deposit to make sure he didn't cause a mess, yes, but a daily fee? Not cool. Simple, clean hotel. Would stay again for simple stay, but don't recommend if you want more upscale or enjoying a romantic stay.

The hotel was nice an affordable. The bed was also comfortable and the shower was everything!!!

New hotel with lots of amenities. Impressive.

New hotel, many amenities. Cheerful professional staff. Nice breakfast with 2 waffle makers with whole wheat mix. Stylish curtain separating the bed from the couch sitting area. Kitchen with tall refrigerator, dish washer, with dishes and utensils. "Rain" nozzle shower with tub and glass doors. True room darkening "blackout" sliding blinds. Small appearing lobby. Location is awkward down a deadend, which maybe logistically difficult for parking and for directions. At Charles St & Pleasant (100ft from the hotel) is an Irish bar and fine Indian restaurant. In basement is exercise room (dumbells, I like) and laundry room with free laundry machines!

Awful experience

Upon check-in, the only "rule" I was given was that there is "no partying" allowed. I'm a middle-aged woman traveling with my 70-year-old mother. But then, there were two rooms on my floor each with about 10 young people staying in them and treating the whole floor like a dance club. Blasting music, running up and down the halls shouting and laughing, slamming doors until 2am. Pretty sure they were "partying" and I had to get up at 5:30. I asked the kids to quiet down 3 times and also complained to the front desk at least 4 times. I was clearly annoying them, even though I was quite calm and polite. I was told, "I don't know what to tell you. The walls are thin." It also took an hour and a half and two trips to the lobby to get bedding for the pull-out couch. In the morning there was a sliver of old soap with an embedded pube in the shower (see photo). Awesome. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they refunded my $$.
