Rooms are small, curtain to define it as a suite.

Rooms are small. Curtain is used to define it as a suite. Clean but needs maintenance. If it is a 2 star, why does it show 4?

I apologize if the rooms seemed a bit smaller to you they are defined and advertised as studio suites so they are a bit smaller that a standard suite hotel. However, we do hope that when you are in the area again you will choose to stay with us again.

Pros: 部屋が広い スタッフがフレンドリー
ボルチモアの鉄道駅とハーバー地区との中間に位置する。無料の循環バスの停留所に近いので便利。 室内は広くてキッチンもあるので、大人数で長期滞在するのに向いている。 スタッフも明るくフレンドリー。

Friendly staff. The hotel is close to essentially everything. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, important places (convention center, inner harbor), grocery stores, pharmacies and main bus stops (light rail to the airport is 7 minutes walking). Safe and crowded area. The breakfast is fine, I expected better options on the breakfast menu, but it was not terrible. Over all appropriately clean facility and rooms. Definitely not your laxuarious Hilton, but also not you terrible Motel-6.

Not a bad stay as long if aren't high maintenance

The stay wasn't bad but we're also very low maintenance. There were 5 of us so we were a little disappointed that the room was a twin and a fold out couch. The description said two queens, a couch, etc so we assumed (that's what we get for assuming) it was two queens and a couch, not a twin and a fold out couch. Luckily our friends had an air mattress so we all had somewhere to sleep. The room was decent sized and the kitchen was pretty nice but the "cooktop" is a hot plate and you have to call to request one. They're free but don't automatically come with the room. The service kinda sucked. Check in was great but we had to call several times to get anything and it took a couple hours. Its also only a short walk from the inner harbor and power plant. We would stay again simply because it was very clean and an affordable, decent place to stay for the weekend. Don't recommend it if you have high expectations.

I apologize that we did not meet your expectations here at the Home2 Suites downtown Baltimore. We have two room types here one is a king studio suite and the other is a queen studio suite. We do not have rooms with two beds. I apologize that this piece of information was not conveyed to you during the reservation process. Unfortunately, at the Home2 cook-tops, ranges do not come in the room but I'm glad that one was provided after being requested. As you mentioned we are centrally located in downtown Baltimore and close enough to many attractions without all the hustle and bustle of the city. I hope that you will choose to stay with us again when you are in the Baltimore area.

部屋が広いこともあり,快適.ハウスキーピングが雑(チェックイン時に空のペットボトルがあった.ゴミ箱がからになっていない日があった.コーヒーが補充されていない日があったなど)であったが,許容範囲.フロントスタッフもフレンドリー.朝食も必要十分.近くにコンビニもグロサリーもあり,便利.コンベンションセンターへも15分で歩ける.

I have stayed here for nearly one week. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has space to improve.

The hotel staff was great. The room was spacious and clean. Great location for sightseeing and catching a ballgame. Having a kitchen and appliances in the room was perfect aswell for our stay. Overall great stay. Would definatley recommend .

It was a so so stay

The location was convenient and the hotel was ok. Our room was not very clean and the bedding provided was shabby. We called the front desk and asked for sheets for the fold out couch, but never received them. They seemed under staffed. While the lady at the front desk was very friendly, she had more on her plate than one person could do.
