This place is getting worse. I stay here every month or two and it’s in decline. For example, I called the front desk this morning and let it ring at least 30 times. No one answered. I did that twice. And the toilet leaked.

Shuttle service was a nightmare. Staff did not care. It’s impossible to get in touch with the front desk for assistance.

No soap provided for the bathroom sink. Water pressure in shower is depressingly low. Lighting in the shower is poor. This hotel has slowly degraded its customer experience over the last few years to squeeze as much profit. Degrading customer experience to capture every last cent of profit has always been a proven failure, but the greed of hotel execs knows no bounds.

I had a fabulous stay at Homewood Suites! The staff were all wonderful to me, from the front desk staff to the bartender to the cleaning crew. The room was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to make my own breakfast in the room, or just chill on my couch with a good book. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Homewood Suites again!! Thank you so much for taking good care of me!!

The hotel has been consistently lowering water pressure over the years. Showers are an important part of travel so it sucks when hotels make effort to make that less pleasant with each visit. The water pressure in the shower is now little more than a trickle.

The property was very nice but the staff was spectacular. We are a family of 5 and our transfer flight was cancelled. We had to find a hotel last minute and when we arrived Jasmine checked us in. She was so kind and understanding and created a really comfortable environment that turned our not so great situation into a happy end of the day. Thank you so much Jasmine for your superb customer service.

Hotel stay prior to our cruise.
My family stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the cruise port, would stay here again .

The property is very nice to look at. The lobby area/bar is very nice. The bartender was very helpful and accommodating. BUT when we arrived we were told they had given our suite away. We called in advance to say we were delayed due to traffic. They said no worries, we have plenty of suites. We arrived at 8pm, with 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 4. They gave us connecting rooms but only 3 beds. And our cost was not adjusted. Very, very frustrating.

I absolutely adore this hotel. The cleanliness of the property, the spacious suites, the friendly and informative staff. As well as the convenience of the hotel's shuttle van transportation is definitely a plus.

Everything was nice at this hotel. The breakfast was very good and the bar was well kept! The only thing is that I reserved a specific room, and didn’t get the room I requested. When I went to say something at the front desk, I was notified that all of the rooms like the one I requested were sold out. Very disappointed with that considering that I made a reservation prior.
