Nice hotel, but strange interpretation of "a view"

As there was room for special requests when booking, I wrote that this would be our first trip to Baltimore and we'd appreciate a room with a view, if possible. There were two big drapes, so we were hopeful. When we pulled one back, it revealed a view of the inside courtyard, with the usual ugly utility items, and the other revealed the wall of our room, as there wasn't even a window. Some view! Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.
