Small front desk connected with the bar. Same staff serve both at the same time. So there was a little bit of a wait checking in. But once it was my turn, the staff was very friendly and the check in was smooth.

Pros- space, great location, breakfast was above average, good views, room was far above what k was expecting. Nice to have secure parking. Cons-secure parking was in a garage that could BARELY fit an SUV. If I was in a wheel chair and needed extra space? It would NOT have worked. Pool was an over sized bathtub. And while the room was lovely, the door was so heavy that it was hard for me to open (I have some limitations in arm strength and have limited range of motion) if I hadn’t had my 14 year old with me opening it would have been impossible s few times. Over all? I’d stay here again but wouldn’t use the garage no matter how convenient

it was very close to inner harbor (on the east edge) but without all the crowd and cluster. right by little Italy - great dining options. Disappointed that the hotel cafe area doesn't carry Coke per a deal Hyatt has with Pepsi. My friend and I were craving a coke after our walk back from camden yards (McCartney concert) and Pepsi just doesn't make it. Hyatt needs to rethink this. Knowing that is 'no coke, Pepsi' is "Hyatt wide" will affect my future travel decisions. On the positive side, every staff member we encountered from the guard at the garage entry to the desk staff, cafe staff, etc. was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very clean to start with. My stay was not long enough to se any additional cleaning though. All good. Construction out front is ongoing, but when completed will make it much easier to access
