I only had 1 problem that was my interaction with Ms Shirley. I asked for a late check out because both my husband and I are disabled and are slow moving because of difficulties ambulating and she was very curt. I had previously gotten a 1:00 check out time and tried to explain to her why, but she cut me off and said I can’t help you. Wayne, Pauline, and Taylor were AWESOME!!!!!

I was looking for a hotel with a restaurant and a bar. This hotel claimed to have both. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during Covid and hasn't reopened. They need to correct their facility amenities.

It was okay for the stay but not at all what we were hoping for. There were stains on almost everything, the bed, sofa, carpet, etc. when we went to turn the bathroom light on it’s took 10-15 seconds for the light to actually come on. The tv was only Chanel’s and movies but you have to pay $10-15 to watch a movie once. And almost all of the Chanel’s had no sound on them. They breakfast was okay there were a lot of things that tasted really off and not normal. We were there for three days and room service/ cleaning maid never came once even when we asked, so we got stuck with piles of towels and constantly trying to get more trash bags. The room had no microwave, a tiny mini fridge, a broken coffee machine and if you used the sink the water would leak all over the counter from the faucet. You could hear everything from all the other rooms next to us, there wasn’t much privacy. Over all it was bearable just to sleep in and that’s about it.

Upon check-in, I requested a particular salad that is usually available at Hyatt Place. I was told that they were out of salad. Approximately 20-30 minutes later a salad was brought to my room. What great service!!!

The greeting when we arrived at 3pm was warm and friendly, the evening staff and manager were polite, kind and helpful. Now the day staff was literally like night and day. They were rude, short and literally talking about the guest. I won’t let that take away from the awesome time we had.

Hotel was a bit outdated. Very low and dim lighting. Carpet stained and old in the hallways. Towels and linens were old and dingy (brown tinted). Breakfast was ok. Oatmeal was very watery and there weren’t any toppings or additions to oatmeal like other locations. Staff was very friendly and nice. I didn’t have any issues with the workers, they all had great hospitality and did the best with what the hotel had to offer. Hyatt definitely should invest in some updates and replacements. Overpriced in my opinion. Not the best Hyatt experience at all!

The heat didn’t work and I want my money back for someone coming in the room. I didn’t select room service at all. Someone came into the room while I wasn’t there and acted as though they didn’t clean up. I felt violated and my privacy wasn’t respected. I told the front desk about this and no one addressed my concerns. Please refund me.

First day when we came to check in the front desk lady shirly very rudely told us the check-in is not until three and we need to leave the premises and come back at 3. She was actually pushing us out literally when we basically begged her to use the restroom and left. I never seen anybody so rude and mean in my life. This place is the filthiest I have ever stayed at. As soon as we entered the building smells like wet dog. Trash everywhere, the floors stick to your shoes from spills everywhere, permanent stains and broken, furnitures and damaged sofas all around the building. We got to our room and it smelled so bad, the restroom not clean and horrible smell, the towels are not white anymore, they were washed so badly that they turned gray/black. The bedding smelled horrible. My husband needed wheelchair accessible room and needed shower bench. The shower bench was completely broken, there was no shower gel. We asked for the room cleaned and shower bench but was told we have to wait until the next day for everything. We stayed here four nights and no one ever entered our room to clean or empty the trashcan, there was no place to put dirty towels in. No one came to do anything even after we asked several times. We asked to speak to the manager on three different occasions. They simply took our phone number and said the manager will call us but no body did. We used grocery store bags and took our own trashes out every single day and left all the dirty towels in the shower.

I had a 3 night stay. I asked on day 1 and day 2 for a key to the in-room safe. It never came. This forced me to carry everything that mattered during my entire stay which was unsafe. The room was never cleaned and I had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. I was rationed one roll. The person on the desk asked me if I had requested the room to be cleaned because they only clean every 4 days. Again, this was a 3 night stay. Concerned about this review (they said), they took garbage out, replenished toilet paper and towels on my final night. They did not bother to even straighten the bed. The second breakfast had nothing I could eat except tater tots. Were it not for GPS I would not have found it because there are no identifying signs on the building, not even above the front door. Only a small spire sign very high on the top is visible from a distance at night. They were also unable to provide a receipt when I checked out. I was there for a funeral. This stay added to stress rather than providing respite. I will never stay there again.
