DO NOT STAY HERE

What ever you do, DO NOT book a room here at this hotel. As soon as I stepped foot into the building, I knew it was a mistake. I waited a few minutes for someone to assist me and once I was helped, the front desk clerk first barked "no refunds" and continously refurred to my sister and I as "you people". Once we got the card key and went to our room, the card key reader was broken and the man at the front desk unlocked the door for us, but would not give us a key. The room was DISGUSTING; the water from the sink and toilet ran brown, there was what appeared to be feces all over the hotel walls, the shower was inoperable and there was no working power or outlets in the room at all. The room smelled sour and was very muggy and hot without a working AC. My sister and I debated on staying the night and did not wish to argue with the front desk man any more, so we decided to stay but now my sister is COVERED FROM HEAD TO TOE in bites. We have fought tooth and nail for any sort of compensation but the hotel manager refused to give us a refund. I've attached some photos to provide proof but just do your self a favor and spend the extra money on a actual hotel room and not some condemned heroine din. I've stayed in some dumps before but this is just unlivable.

You get what you pay for. The WI-FI does not reach all the rooms but ours was covered. It wasn't the cleanest hotel however there were no bugs or other rodents that we saw. Heard of other guest complaints regarding bed bugs however we never saw any nor were we bitten. We were long term guests due to building repairs at our apartment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with the exception of the time we were forced to pay $95.00 for one night due to a mix up with reserving the room. The listed nightly rate was $75.00 however the owner stated that the room rate was $95.00. Otherwise we had no problems. The area is very convenient to downtown and close to several different bus lines in a 3 block radius.

Many fixable issues--no working ice machine in building, non-functioning refrigerator in room, inadequate outlets for equipment in room, no guide for TV channels, absence of adequate hot water at night and in early morning.

Room was very cold, luke warm shower, no fridge in room, many complaints, would not recommend

Just for those on a budget

Horrible Hotel

My was awful. My room was dirty and there was no heat. Lamps, refrigerator and outlets not working.

Worst place in mt. Vernon

This place is a total dump. Friends dropped by to freshen up ,clerk knocked on door said no guest then charged me another 20.00 the rst 100.00 i ve spent. Will not recommend or stay there again. My stay lasted 3 hours till i found another local place to stay.
