Booked and paid in adv through expedia when I arrived they couldnt find the reservation and my cc had already been charged after driving 5 hours, they wouldnt give me a room

Rude staff
The clerk at the front desk was extremely rude not only to me but to another customer. I went to check in not realizing that he was waiting on another customer at the nighttime check-in window and I politely gave him the last name and he rudely says to me that he was with someone. I stood and waited for over 10 minutes while he waited on two customers and I finally walked out. I went to the car and I told my husband he could go in. I feel given the culture and the fact that I was a woman checking in to this establishment that the staff felt it was OK to disrespect me.

I think they could use toothpaste and a toothbrush
The property just seemed cheap at first, but got worse as the stay went on. Our bed was comfortable except the 2 pillows they had on it were very flat and small. I called the front desk for more and was told they don't have any. Also, after we woke up the last morning, the sheets had pulled all the way off and we noticed a blood stain in the top left corner of it. There was a part of the ceiling that looked like it was about to fall off right over the table. And lastly, there was only about half a roll of toilet paper in the room, no second roll anywhere. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Pay the little extra and stay anywhere else.
