Fantasitc place to stay

The facilities were fantastic, especially considering the price. Were we not so tired in the evenings, we would have availed ourselves of the well-appointed game room or other amenities. The grounds were very nice and just looking out the balcony doors was very relaxing, plus they surrounded and insulated the building from much road noise. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating, though the place was so good we hardly bothered the staff. This place is my go-to hotel for any future trips to the Baltimore area for sure!

Quiet, comfortable, clean, and courteous

Easy, convenient parking. Nice surrounding community with neat shoppes and a Whole Foods. Staff was very nice upon check-in as well each time I left and arrived during my stay. The room was very comfortable, the bed was firm enough with soft sheets and duvet cover, topped off by a nice private patio with a beautiful view. I was never disturbed by any noise, which is rare and nice in a hotel. Conveniently located within 4miles of the Kadamapa Meditation Center. I recommended it to several friends, and I will likely stay again.

Sadly Unsanitary

After staying at this convenient and inexpensive hotel on seven or eight occasions, my wife and I had a miserable experience last week. For the first time, we were unable to check in early. When we questioned the manager, she responded by reciting the hotel's policy about check in time and showed no empathy or customer relation skills in responding to my need to lie down (I am disabled). That was the first time we had less than a cordial experience with any staff member at the hotel, so we were quite surprised and dismayed at her attitude towards repeat customers. But when we turned down the sheets to go to bed, we found large brown stains on the top sheet that made the cold attitude of the manager pale in comparison. After some trouble in getting the manager to return our phone calls about this issue, she offered us a 25% discount when we stayed there again. Really? Again? With God knows what on your filthy sheets. I think not. Beware of a hotel that is NOT appalled by filth on their premises.

This hotel was amazing. I did not expect a lot for the rate I paid (Hotels.com), but I was truly pleased with everything from the grounds to the cleanliness and comfort of my room. I have a daughter in school in Baltimore so I plan on staying here for the next 3 1/2. Thanks to Sara for being so helpful.

Picturesque and serene

I loved the view. The young lady at the desk was great. There are nice restaurants near by. All in all it was really nice.

Dirty and Poor Service

My wife and I have stayed at this simple clean, and convenient hotel 7 or 8 times over the past year. Until today, we never had complaints about checking in a couple of hours early, the friendliness of the staff, or the cleanliness of the room. That's drastically changed. We were unable to check in an hour early. The manager offered no apology, no estimate of how long it would be until a room would be ready, instead lecturing us about why the hotel has specific check in times. So much for treating frequent guests with respect. The room was atypically dingy. When we turned down the covers to go to sleep, we found a large brown stain on the top sheet. We phoned the front desk to report it and were told we could address it with the manager in the morning. The manager was not available when we checked out, but we were promised a phone call at 1:00 pm. We never received the courtesy of a phone call. There are other places to stay in the area, so this will be our last visit to a hotel that clearly devalues regular customers, taking us for granted with a complaint about basic cleanliness and sanitation. This behavior won't be tolerated in a competitive industry. Rudeness and dirty linen will lead to a quick downfall. Don't stay here.
