Decent economy hotel.

Pros: Good value. Decent accommodations.
Cons: Room furnishings were quite spartan. Lack of a sitting chair was disappointing.
Location: Was a one-night business stay. Found good Mexican restaurant nearby for dinner.
The hotel appears it may be going through some upgrades/renovations, which is probably a good idea. While the king bed was comfortable, the lack of a sitting chair was disappointing. There was a desk chair but not all that comfortable for TV watching.

Don't recommend unless you don't care about srvcs

Pros: It was fairly clean and affordable (compare to other hotels nearby).
Cons: More staffs, working room doors...
Location: Baltimore is like 15 mins? away, and DC is like an hour away.
This Quality Inn seems to be bought from Econo Lodge + some minor interiors improved. My room's door did not open or close easily (I ended up leaving it open when I came out for checking out next morning), so I guess they still do need some mods there. Rooms were pretty clean. I thought I reserved for a non-smoking, and got (only room left) smoking (still not sure if this was my mistake), but even as a smoking room, other than 2 holes in sheets, they were good enough (and price is fairly good). HOWEVER, when I went in, there was some arguments (like "I will tell your Manager"-kinda) between the one reception staff (I went in around 11PM) and safety guard, and that made my check-in more than 20 mins (like he got my ID, did something else for 8 mins, came back...). All other people (like asking for rolling beds, another check-ins, ETC..) were waiting behind me, too, so I guess they took more than me. Staff couldn't really help us and keep calling to his Manager (I assume), or talking to the safety guard, so I really wished to have at least one more staff there (BTW they don't have shaving cream and razor). He also considered my temporary Driver's License from State of Georgia as some illegal/copied document, so I had to provide him a passport. Neighborhood was little sketchy at night.

Dirty room, mice party included

First night were accommodated in the old building which was dirty and was not smoking free (the small of the air purifier didn't let us sleep). Second nigh we were moved to the renovated area, much better but there was a mice in the room. Lot of cleaning is required at this facility.
