Pros: The bed was OK. The TV worked. Parking was OK. It didn't smell too much.
Cons: Windows don't open, no free breakfast ! Over priced food.
Location: Not much.

Decent!

Pros: It was decent.
Cons: No problems.
Location: Shopping and not too far from the Inner Harbor. Easy to get to from I83.
Clean rooms, helpful staff and good room prices. Didn't visit the restaurant or the bar.

Hotel close to Saint Mary's Seminary

Pros: I liked the kind staff.
Location: The hotel is near St. Mary Seminary and University.
I spent a pleasant night at the Cross Keys Hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

Géographiquement pratique quand on veut être en dehors de Baltimore et près de Johns Hopkins et tout à fait correct pour un hôtel de chaine. Wifi un peu poussif au bout des couloirs. Un peu vieillot en déco mais propre.

Incommunicado in Baltimore

Cellular service is practically non-existent at this hotel for Verizon or AT&T. Front desk claimed you had to have a cellular connection to attach to their wireless network service. Cleaning staff came into my room without a knock and, even as I was in my underwear, had to be told to leave. One elevator far from my room which was a bit on the aged side.

Hotel nice but .....

Cons: I could have been offered the room I paid for.
Location: Near my daughters college - perfect for me
I liked the hotel itself very much. My problem is that I the room I booked through Expedia had 2 Queen beds OR 1 King bed. I reserved 2 Queen beds. The hotel had a room with only 1 Queen bed. They informed me that when one books through Expedia the "specific room type is not guaranteed" . I had no where else to stay and had already paid for a room (with two queen beds) therefore I had no choice but to stay. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Donna Matusaik

This place is really pretty bad- dirty, not well kept, staff that needs refresher on client service.

Pleasant stay

We had an enjoyable stay at the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys. The facilities were clean and in good condition. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. We had a long drive in and decided to dine in at Scoozi's, which was a good choice. We had the hand tossed pizza which was made to perfection. Definitely will return!
