Freezing cold lobby and rooms

Posted May 24, 2017
When we arrived the weather was cold, windy, and rainy. We were looking forward to warming up a bit in our hotel before heading out again. However, the hotel lobby temperature was even colder than the outside air. We hoped that our room would be warmer, but it was at least 10 degrees colder still. We were offered the room next door, which was equally cold, then were told maintenance would be up to address the problem. We couldn't stay in that cold so went out for a while. When we returned a few hours later, the room was even colder. Apparently the air conditioning was on throughout the building despite the cold weather. After we complained again, the staff brought us up a space heater and extra blankets. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels worldwide and can say that this was extreme. The front desk staff were very nice, but the totally uncomfortable temperature ruined our stay.

Downtown Hotel, near EVERYTHING!!

Posted May 23, 2017
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: POOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice hotel, under reno right now-no probs for us. Only issue, the pool doesn't open until next weekend. Who leaves a pool closed on Preakness weekend-Baltimore's busiest weekend of the year

Awful stay

Posted May 18, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Old and dingy looking rooms, stayed there for two nights with no cleaning services in the room. Dirty, nasty looking carpet in the room.

Horrible! The room was dirty, thermostat was broken, there was not even a cart available to take my luggage to my room.

Needs urgent renovation

Posted May 3, 2017
The whole floor 9 smells old and dusty. Room has old carpet that needs to be replaced. Doors has bas isolation so you can hear everything from corridor. Worst part was lack of air in the room even with air con on max.

No AC Left Early

Posted Apr 12, 2017
The hotel desk staff were not friendly or accommodating. The Valet staff were very helpful & nice! The AC n our room never worked & we when we told them, the front desk offered 2 move us 2 a different room. We checked it out and no AC n there either. Then the staff offered us a fan. The fan was a 4 by 4, never seen a fan so small. Might work if we were surfs. It was a joke. We stayed the 2nd night simply because we had already purchased tickets for several attractions. The fitness center had 5 treadmills, 2 worked 3 bikes, 1 worked. No parking on the premises, $38 a day for Valet. We loved Baltimore, no thanks to the Radisson Inner Harbour.

Thank you for being our guest and for taking time to review your stay. We are extremely concerned to read your comments and apologize that our associate was rude to you. Our staff genuinely cares about providing an enjoyable stay to all of our guests, so this incident is not a reflection of our usual service standards. Appropriate action has been taken to ensure this is not repeated. Additionally, we are sorry that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Our goal is to get everything fully operational as quickly as possible once we are notified of a problem. Juan A Webster General Manager
