No AC Left Early

The hotel desk staff were not friendly or accommodating. The Valet staff were very helpful & nice! The AC n our room never worked & we when we told them, the front desk offered 2 move us 2 a different room. We checked it out and no AC n there either. Then the staff offered us a fan. The fan was a 4 by 4, never seen a fan so small. Might work if we were surfs.
It was a joke. We stayed the 2nd night simply because we had already purchased tickets for several attractions. The fitness center had 5 treadmills, 2 worked 3 bikes, 1 worked. No parking on the premises, $38 a day for Valet. We loved Baltimore, no thanks to the Radisson Inner Harbour.

Our staff genuinely cares about providing an enjoyable stay to all of our guests, so this incident is not a reflection of our usual service standards. Appropriate action has been taken to ensure this is not repeated. Additionally, we are sorry that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Our goal is to get everything fully operational as quickly as possible once we are notified of a problem.
