Dirty, run down, noisy. Smelled of cigarette smoke, burns on the bath tub, mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain rod falling off, security lock inoperable, door jammed, spots and smudges on the mirrors, hair in the bathtub. No "continental breakfast", wifi did not work. It's a motel, not a hotel.

Don't be fooled by the name Ramada, it's the name licensed by Ramada it's not a typical Ramada property. I have never stayed in a motel that is this rundown. Room, bathroom horrible. Doors don't work well, bathroom door falling apart, I could go on and on. It was budget priced, you get what you pay for. Avoid this place the worst ever.

If it wasn’t pouring rain and late in the evening after a long hard work day, I’d have requested a refund and left. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets, torn sheets, mold spots on the ceilings, AC/heater smelled so bad I turned it off, carpet felt damp, breakfast not available -sign said health department shut down- no surprise. People lingering in the stairwells, cat calls as you walk across the dark parking lot from the hotel office to the separate building where your room is. I didn’t even bring my luggage or winter coat into the room because I didn’t want it to pick up the foul odor of the room. In the morning I told the manager about my room. He said next time I come he’d give me one of the good rooms. Shouldn’t ALL of the rooms be good rooms??

Friendly Staff
This is an older neighborhood Ramada. The pictures displayed are corporate standard pictures. The Hotel really needs some updating. It is in a great location however there is no breakfast onsite. They need to remove that from their site. There is an Ihop close by. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend a deeper cleaning of the rooms as there are roaches and evidence of mice. The staff quickly responded to my concerns and moved me to another room. The manager was very apologetic and made the effort to follow up with me before the end of his shift. I appreciated the personal touch in his follow-up.
