Checkout was fine. When we came back to reception desk to get help in taking to MARC train to DC, the receptionist was clueless and kept on saying we should take the Amtrak. Thankfully, another receptionist quickly (after 15 mn) came and helped us. The fridge in the room was not working. We talked to the receptionist on Saturday morning and she filled out a form about it. We came back late in the evening to a fridge that was still not working and we had to throw away all the food in it. We did not have enough towels and requested some that same morning, came back to no extra towels. What is the point of filling out a form and saying it will be taken care of if you do not?
