"The rooms at this place are a mess! After notifying them that the body wash had run out, all they did was add water to dilute it. And don't get me started on the smell—every room reeks of smoke and casino, like they're trying to recreate Atlantic City in Baltimore. When I asked for an accessible room, they handed me keys to one that was already occupied—awkward much? After hobbling back to the lobby, they put me in a room that seemed miles away from the nearest elevator. As for cleanliness, forget about it—I swear I could smell someone else's head on my pillows. At this rate, I'm half expecting to leave here with a collection of diseases I never signed up for. It's like they've mastered the art of not caring, and that's quite the achievement. Maybe if they paid their staff a decent wage sometime in the last century, things wouldn't be this way. Congratulations, Renaissance Hotel, you've truly outdone yourselves. I actually want a refund!!!!!

The overall place was very nice. Alot of the amenities were unavailable or have never reopened from covid. Rooms were nice and clean but very dark with the curtains drawn. Parking is not included in your stay, they do have onsite parking for $38.00 per night but it is $25.00 for 24hrs across the street. Whirlpool was not operational and the terrace was empty (which could be a very lovely place). All in all a nice place to sleep in a attractive area but do not rely on any amenities being available.

We stayed 1 night for the Janet Jackson concert! From the time I checked in with Taylen my experience was very pleasant. Parking was like $36 which was a bit high but it was still a very nice time. They had a dj down stairs and there was a big crowd only because the O’s were playing the Yankees. The elevator was hard to catch because it was a high volume of people but only because it was more than 1 major event going on. Very nice stay!

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating upon check in. They are very helpful. We were surprised by the popcorn and popsicles they had out Saturday evening upon returning from our activities. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
