Found the room relatively clean with a few exceptions Fridge made a horrible noise, I did report that to staff and they sent someone up to fix while I was out to dinner. That was quiet for two days then it started in again. Found crusty food spill on the living room chair and the stove was dirty from the previous customer. Staff was wonderful and quite friendly. Perfect room for families and business travelers.

Hotel staff was very friendly & check in was fast! Valet service was also quick, we called down to the front desk and gave them 10 minutes notice. The suite we stayed in was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again for sure!

The room is very spacious and clean. Full sized fridge and microwave+ Walking distance to almost anything you want to see near the Harbor. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Location, friendly staff..
Cons: breakfast menu with buffet..
Location: Stadium, harbor, great restaurants....
Front deck associates were very helpful.. Andria was very personable and had a great attitude..

I had a great time at the hotel staff was excellent food was excellent just had one hell of a great time in Baltimore and like I said the hotel staff took care of me 100%

Good location with great amenities. The room was better than expected in size and had a street view. My only complaint is the cable went out for about 20 minutes.
