Pros: The staff.
Cons: The disabled room with two double beds wasn't really a room for the disabled. The bathroom was not accommodating at all; the bthrm was hard to get to.
Location: Residence Inn by Marriot, inner harbor; good food nearby.
We were there to go to Johns Hopkins and your staff was very helpful in getting us a room better suited for a disabled person. And the room cleaning woman was also very helpful.

This hotel is centrally located for the inner harbor, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is as good as you will ever have in a hotel for free, eggs Florentine, biscuit and gravy, grits, waffles, fresh fruit, etc. All rooms have mini kitchens

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Location: Felt very safe inside the hotel however outside a block or so away was a little scary. I did not feel safe walking around at night-driving was fine.
We walked and saw a baseball game which was the reason we came to Baltimore. We felt very safe inside the hotel however outside of the hotel a block or so away was not where you wanted to be at night. I did not feel safe walking around at night but driving was fine.
