The hotel is in a great location 2 blocks from the inner harbour. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed both of our stays in this hotel. Room was clean, but hallways could be cleaned or new carpet put in. The kitchen staff who served breakfast where hardworking and helpful. Evening manager was very nice and helpful, the morning manager, not so much. Overall staff was very good and helpful. Would stay there again.

Bringing own pillow/comforter is a good idea!

Room was clean & comfortable. Little expensive. Parking should've been included in room cost. Breakfast menu was same all days. Location was within reach of downtown attractions including the convention center. Check out time should be increased to 3pm for convention attendees. Called the front desk at around 10:45pm for 2 extra comforters and about 45mins later room service knocked on my room door to give me towels. I asked for 2 extra comforters and NOT towels. Should stock-up on extra comforters/pillows etc.
