Very convenient to downtown. Old building old furnishings. Ok to just sleep maybe as was my purpose, but I wouldn't bring my wife to stay No real controls of Airconditioning either on or off if you could figure out a lightswitch controls. Had to ask for a towell because they give you equivalent to a bathmat and and a face cloth. The tv changer waas broken and had to hold the 2 pieces together. Of course this place was cheaper than most others and for my purpose was ok

cheap place to stay but not worth it.
The pictures look ok but its not a very nice place. Smoke alarm was broken off the ceiling, tolet paper holder was broken off and replace but holes were left in the drywall still. Chairs looked really dirty and had holes in them. Towels were too small and all the sheets, while looking clean, were really old and fraying.

Do not go here. The rooms are not as pictured and the conditions you're entering are absolutely disgusting, and potentially unsafe. There was generally no one at the front desk, the latch to safety-lock the door from the inside was broken off the wall, the furniture looked like feral cats had torn it apart and there was oil all over the bedsheets. There isn't an option for cold water in the bathroom (it's only scalding hot), the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and there was no AC unit or thermostat, only a fan positioned to block holes in the drywall by the TV. The guy who is supposed to be at the front desk was seen actively spraying lysol throughout the hallways instead, and none of this is depicted in the images posted online so you won't know how bad it is until you get there and it's too late.

Weird suspect hotel staff, tried to enter room
Staff knocked on my more than once, claiming there was water leaking downstairs. I was on the first floor, what downstairs? You'd think they don't want to pay water bills the way he was acting. I turned on the shower and the man at the front desk knocked on my door 10 minutes later. He opened the door to my room while I was I was still in the shower saying the floor was being flooded downstairs from the toilet. He did the same thing when my date was using the shower. He tried to go in there while she was in there and I had to tell him more than once I was not letting in the bathroom while she was in there naked.

Hotel "lost" my online reservation and was over booked. Conviently found a room on the very top floor. Hotel was literally falling apart, railing bannister for stairs was coming out the ground, multiple fire hazards and safety concerns, doors kicked in and falling off hinges. Looks like the hotel hadnt been upgraded in about 50 years.

When I saw the word “Inn” I kind of knew what to expect. Simple and effective, clean and affordable with modern luxuries at your fingertips. Bathroom had marble floors, brand new Frigidaire refrigerator. Bed was comfy with clean soft sheets.

It was very affordable and a good location, but you get what you pay for. The worst thing about this place was it was LOUD. I did not sleep at night. The building was shaking, windows were rattling, a man was in the hallway banging an old-timey metal trash can (I know because I went in the hallway and looked), as he sang and snapped and did some kind of work around the hallway and lobby. Why was he working in the middle of the night and why was it SO LOUD. I laid there awake thinking, "this is UNREAL".

Ridiculous
The ceiling in my room was leaking. i had to unplug the mini fridge and fan. The water was to close to the outlet. They wouldn't give an discount or refund for the damages the leaking ceiling caused. They charge 5$ for Tv remote. Central air was broke.

The property is not worth the price. Our sockets didn't work, couldn't control the heat, it was too hot. It looks like a place people come to get high on drugs or have sex and leave. Very dirty , as ll the lights didn't work. They charge you $5 just to get the TV remote without the remote hard to change the channel

The odor of years of cigarette smoke is strong from the moment you walk in and just as strong in the bedroom The bedspread had several cigarette burn holes. Sheets seemed clean yet stained, also had cigarette burns in them.Curtain was falling off rod. We left right away as the cigarette smell was too much. MBK

There were unsafe conditions in the room, as well as poor upkeep. Torn curtains, holes punched in the walls, dirty trashcans, broken door lock, etc. I wasn't expecting a grand room, because it is cheap, but I did not feel safe.

Disgusting
This place is beyond comprehension. Cigarette holes in the bedding, hair in corners of the floor, stained or dirty towels, holes in the wall and absolutely REEKS of cigarette smoke. Last night i awoke to hear mice or rats (???) either IN THE ROOM or wall!!! Absolutely horrible condition. Ended up sleeping in my car.

Smokey Non Smoking Room
My one night stay was terrible. The non smoking room was saturated with cigarette smoke in the walls, curtains, chairs and bed. I nearly sprayed an entire can of Lysol and it didn't make a difference. I couldn't sleep in the bedroom. I sat in a chair all night, but couldn't sleep from coughing. They didn't have another room available. The air was fresher in the hallway. I almost went out there to sit by the wall, but decided that might not be safe. I knew the property was old and a bit worn down, which was fine, but the cigarette smoke was awful. You can't open a window either because they are sealed.

Hotel not representing itself correctly
One arrival reception wld r store bags came back at check in time and two people complaint about their rooms and reception didn’t seem to care looks like it happens a lot. no hot water no tv remote, smoke alarms hanging from ceiling and not functioning power points that were exposed from the wall and looked unsafe to use. Fridge that cld r be plugged in. No even 1 star rating Would never go there again
