Close to Inner Harbor.. but an uncomfortable night

Cons: They should not offer room 309 to anyone.. No view, loud construction noise and you cannot even open the curtain as there were construction people..
Location: Was there for business so really did not do anything around the area.
The hotel and the room was well kept and clean.. However, I barely slept in the night as there was a lot of construction happening outside my room.. The loud noise of drilling on the concrete went through most of the night. Room had no view accept of the construction site and a concrete building. I told the reception desk next morning of my discomfort and they deducted $40.00 from my night stay. I also told the lady at reception that it was not appropriate to offer a room to any client knowing that there was construction right outside the window.. Also I could not open the curtain at all as the construction people were able to look up and see me standing in the room. Not a good night experience.

Luxury at a reasonable rate

Pros: Spacious rooms and well designed bath
Cons: The entry to the hotel is very narrow, if you are driving. There are limpousine services parked outside the hotel, but not a taxi.
Location: The hotel is close to the inner harbor with shops, restaurants and the US aquarium.
The rooms are excellent -- very spacious (although one must go down to the floor to find an electical outlet. Very nice, personable staff. Excellent location.

Nice hotel in Baltimore harbor

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel with plenty of nearby restaurants and views of the harbor.

Very nice hotel near the harbor

Excellent front desk staff friendly and gracious. The room was large and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The fitness center was huge. Unfortunately the pool was closed but will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel and perfect location

We stay at this hotel when my daughter has medical appointments but I would stay here for any reason. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful parts of Baltimore. The staff goes above and beyond to assure guests' comfort and the hotel amenities are excellent. The fitness facilities including the indoor pool are outstanding.

Great location to the sites.

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: A lot of construction and congestion in the area.
Location: Inner Harbor right next door.
Very positive all the way around. Staff was very accommodating and rooms were great.

I certainly apologize if the construction one block to the hotel's north caused any disturbance; we are certainly excited that a new high-rise residential building is under construction, particularly due to the exciting retail options that will accompany the project. Right in the Inner Harbor

Pros: This hotel is located right in the Inner Harbor. You are able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean. Cons: Very pricey. I can offset some of the price for location but the staff was not great. During check in my email was taken down incorrectly for the Wifi, I called and was told to "just give it time". I had called back and they finally updated it. Room service was delivered an hour before we asked for it and although we noted two people were eating we only got 1 set of utensils and water.

However, I apologize that you experienced service issues both with the Front Desk and with In-Room Dining. These are certainly not typical occurrences, and I can certainly understand how these issues detracted from your overall experience. When we initially made a mistake in entering your email address into our system, the correction should have been quickly made with an apology given, but it seems as though the team member was very slow to react. I will investigate how we could have delivered your breakfast so much earlier than you indicated you wanted it; and how we set up service for one guest rather than two. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention; we certainly hope you're planning to return so that we can better demonstrate the service levels that we are know for.
