We loved almost everything at the Sonesta. Our only complaint is the food. The Explorers restaurant has a limited menu. The food is overpriced and not very good. The service is subpar. We were one of 2 tables and we waited 10 minutes for water while the staff were chatting. The grab and go food isn’t much better. The property, hotel staff, and location were all wonderful. The pool area was a great way to relax. We would definitely stay here again but make meal plans elsewhere!

It was short stay of 1 night for me and my family, but we loved location and spacious room. Staff members were nice and hospitable. We'll definitely come back if we go back to the area.

Our fridge was broken and they waived my parking fee AND the established hotel fee! Will definitely stay here the next time we come into Baltimore!!! Great and spacious room and the staff were so polite and friendly!!!

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very convenient location to area attractions. Our room had the bow window bench seat with an awesome view of the Inner Harbor. The kids loved the unique view of the city skyline and additional seating space in the room. Room was very clean, hotel was quiet. There isn’t a restaurant but the coffee shop downstairs opens early and has excellent options for a quick bite to eat and something to drink.

Key and computer system non-functional... allowed into room by security and then not provided a key when leaving my room for dinner reservations. Had to go back to front desk multiple times to be let into room... This was ALL guests checking in at the time... hotel has no alternative onsite keying system for guestsif the hotel loses internetconnectivity. .

Me & my wife had a beautiful stay.The staff was wonderful Ashley & Michelle were so informative & pleasant. The valet guy James was awesome. The hot tub and sauna was relaxing and not overcrowded like some. We will definitely be returning.

Staff as rude and bed was horribly hard. My entire body hurt after two nights and I am still dealing with the pain for the duration of my cruise. Beds are like prison.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the harbor. The hotel itself is a gem in a a deteriorating area. I’ve heard new Harbor ownership has plans to tear down and redesign. Maybe it will revive things. Overall great stay!!
