In town for wedding - wedding party chose.

Pros: Spacious, clean room and friendly staff. Starbucks coffee in room.
Cons: Room was freezing. Reset the thermostat but it took most of the night to warm up. Luckily they had toasty blankets and comforters.
Location: Idk. The reception was held on the Chesapeake. We were transported there and back so no clue what's around. Near BWI but no planes heard or seen.
It was a quick stay but very convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Last week was a very unusual week for weather with hot and cold days. We tried to keep the rooms cool for guests arriving on a warmer day, but it sounds like your room was still set to cool on a cooler day. Our apologies. Only 20 minutes from the Baltimore harbor

I had a great night here , the bed was comfortable . Really can't beat the price, and the staff were lovely . I would defiantly stay here again !

Another visit to Baltimore

The Sheraton BWI is my favorite place to stay when in the area. I must say this last visit trying to get the shuttle was a awful. The young man put me on hold several times, hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak with the manager Denard who told me to take a cab and he would pay for it. Denard the night time manager is the best..

Super small baths and showers. Dirty papertowels in the corner of the room. Inconvenient electrical outlet placement.

Staff was wonderful, room was nice, clean and cozy. Would staff here anytime and would recommend for one of the most pleasant stats I ever experienced

Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Deep clean the whole pool area. I did not go in the jacuzzi because of the mold.
The staff was great - very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, but we were disappointed in the pool area. There was black mold on some of the chairs (the ones by the jacuzzi) and also on the railing and tiles by the jacuzzi. the brush for the pool was hung with the emergency equipment. The pool area was also dim - several of the lights on the ceiling were out.

Cons: My room needed a lot of updates. Walls were chipped, light bulbs needed changing, cleaning crew forgot to clean our room two nights. The air condition

My room needed a lot of updates. Walls were chipped, light bulbs needed changing, cleaning crew forgot to clean our room two nights. The air conditioner started to leak and got carpet all wet. The Hotel staff did move us to another room then that air conditioner didn't work. On the third room the air worked on low. The hotel staff was really nice and did everything they could. The hotel needs to be renovated, and management needs to look at maid service and come up with a better system.
