My room needed a lot of updates. Walls were chipped, light bulbs needed changing, cleaning crew forgot to clean our room two nights. The air conditioner started to leak and got carpet all wet. The Hotel staff did move us to another room then that air conditioner didn't work. On the third room the air worked on low. The hotel staff was really nice and did everything they could. The hotel needs to be renovated, and management needs to look at maid service and come up with a better system.
