The cozy and comfortable room provided us with a peaceful retreat, while the hotel's location allowed for easy exploration of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Super 8 Essex and I was very impressed. The people were friendly and welcoming, and the place was beautiful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

I was having a good time until I saw a mouse creep from under my door. When my husband mentioned it to the guy at the front desk, nothing was done about it or no compensation was offered. The decision to extend further days was not even a option at this point.

Home had bed bugs, there was mold on ceiling of bathroom. Checked in at 3pm and checked out by 11pm that same day cause how bad it was

When i went to pull.the sheets back there was gum (lots) on the wall where the sheet was up against. I did complain. They took the gum off the wall but that was the extent of cleaning it. Not impressed. Only here as i needed a place to stay so i could attend a funeral.
