Nice hotel - disappointing service

This is a well appointed hotel very close to BWI. My issues with service were:
- I left a message with the sales group to rent a conference room prior to my stay and was never called back.
- I checked in at 7PM, and the room was not ready, due to no linens. The desk was turning everyone away for about 15 minutes for the same reason. It was not a long wait in the end, and they did provide a drink/appetizer coupon, but 7PM is very late to not have rooms ready.
- Hotel restaurant: The dinner food was very good, but service was lacking. Forgotten drinks, forgotten side orders. Breakfast was luckily a different story, with very good service.
- The hotel charges $12.95/day for internet. This feels like you're being nickel-and-dimed by a high end hotel.
I followed up with the desk supervisor and hotel manager, and both were concerned and understanding. I believe the staff is good, but overall coordination/consistency is off.
