Sheets had obviously been slept on. Shower had weird black stuff in the grooves outside the stall. No microwave in room

Friendly & helpful front desk

Location: Close to airport.
Just an overnight stay - needed help finding a sports bar - front desk person very helpful. Very comfortable king bed. Will stay again.

24 shuttle pickup at 1am, no pets or smoking allow

1:30 am pick up was necessary, no pets or smoking allowed to affect sever allergies & no noise when sleeping! Great breakfast spread & excellent breakfast team! Clean! Tough to get all of that near BWI airport & affordable!!!

We only stayed a night, but it was a great stay! Nice, clean room. Nice building. Average morning continental breakfast with great staff service!

Shuttle Driver was terrible!

Pros: Comfortable rooms and the hardboiled eggs (with salsa).
Cons: Customer service = shuttle driver
Location: GREAT restaurant M's Crabcakes were PHENOMENAL!
Absolutely loved the woman who runs the breakfast bar ~ she's an absolute delight! Front desk staff were generally helpful. The last night, they ran out of sheets and pillows, but I crashed in my boss' room ~ thank god for pull-out beds. However, your shuttle driver (the young, tall, brother) was HORRENDOUS. At 4:45am, I went to wait for the shuttle along with a handful of other individuals. When he finally arrived, he asked me, and only me, if I'd registered for the shuttle, which I had not known was necessary. I went back inside, "registered" and went back out. Then, he threw a fit and told me he didn't have room (even though there were plenty of seats available. I responded that I did exactly as he'd instructed. He then went in to yell at the front desk gal. Afterwards, he still refused to allow me onto the shuttle, then went into a tirade as to why I had to sign up the night before and even though there were seats available, he had another hotel pickup, and he "didn't know" how many people were waiting there. After all this, I ordered a taxi, and made it to the airport, just in time to discover that because of the altercation with this individual, the gates were now closed to me. I spent the entirety of the day in tears, and finally was able to find a shuttle, in plenty of time, to take me to the airport 14 hours later.

Hotel accessible to highway. Places nearby to din

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. We missed breakfast but the lady working packed us a nice bag to take with us

A good option for somebody staying near the airport. Much more reasonably priced than downtown hotels.

Had multiple of mice in my room

Pros: nothing
Cons: I guess they could start by getting rid of the mice.

I can list hundreds of reason why I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, but I'm only going to list one, What you do with that information is up to you. After working a trade show all day, I was tired and thought I would just pick up a salad and sandwich on my way back to the hotel. As I was eating my food and watching TV in the room I hear some noises underneath the desk, so I looked under the desk, and to my horror I had three mice at my feet. I called down to the main desk to let them know about the mice and I wanted a refund because I had know intention on staying there. The lady at desk admitted that they have had a problem with mice in the hotel and issued me the refund without any problems.
