Pros: -The hotel is updated, and clean. -Price was fair.
Room was clean, and setup the room was pleasing. Breakfast staff were amazing, great selections for vegans.

Convenient 4 aquarium stay

The front desk clerk was really friendly ...checking in was a breeze....the housekeepers that I've seen in thought they were regular ppl....didnt look professional at all...the breakfast was good no complaints...the breakfast staff was excellent nd very cheerful

Horrible cleaning staff

Location: location was good
The cleaning staff was horrible, they half cleaned and were behind close doors with men doing god knows what, The cleaning staff need uniforms in order to know who they are. The cleaning staff could be better. Front desk staff was great

good hotel for an overnight stay

Pros: price was the best factor
employees were VERY friendly. Room was ok--no smoke alarm, just wires hanging from ceiling. we did not have a refrig in room, but when I asked the front desk I had one delivered within 15 minutes.

Nice Clean Business Hotel

Nice clean excellent customer service. Fresh coffee and water upon arrival. Close to BWI airport with free shuttle. Well done guys👍

Poor facilities. Bathroom dirty and shower rod falling apart. Most outlets in room didn't work.

Sheets had obviously been slept on. Shower had weird black stuff in the grooves outside the stall. No microwave in room
