Terrible experience

it was horrible. Spiders coming from ceiling in bathroom while showering. No wash cloths. No iron.

Travel back from Florida.

Facility in dire need of upgrading. Carpet had stains; no cups in bath or kitchen area. Bed comfortable, but linens were short and not all that clean ?

Smoking Room

Made a reservation through Expedia, two hours before check-in. They put me in a smoking room that smelled so terrible I could not sleep. Said it was the only room available.

Miss leading on website

Pictures were nice on Expedia. Trash was everywhere outside the doors. The mattress had stains and no dishes were in the room. The front desk person had people hanging out in the lobby. Very bad

The shower water was almost nonexistent. There was a moldy smell in the hallway. And the kitchen floor was a little sticky. I do not expect much for when I stay overnight at hotels, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bed had strands of hair on it. Tub had strands of hair on it. Some kind of bug was on the sink in the morning. Not clean. Continental breakfast was Sara Lee muffins in a plastic wrapper and coffee. Will never stay here again.

Lobby and front desk check in was not professional. Room was fine, but broken lamps, dented shades etc. Bed was surprising comfortable. The best part of our stay was the woman that drove the shuttle bus to the airport. Very friendly and helpful.

Good Hotel

This hotel was pretty good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and outdated, but fine for a one night stay. I really liked that the hotel was away from the busy city and was nice and quiet, but still within a ten minute drive to Arundel Mills. Overall a good place to stay.
