Good room for the price. It's supposed to be smoke free but you can tell in the hallways that people are smoking, so if you can't tolerate smoke at all this may bother you. But it's comfortable and convenient to airport and 495.

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay there everybody was nice and helpful. I'm going to make this my getaway spot only thing no pool but other than that great place to stay

It was ok for the price. Kitchenette was a plus . The staff was greatttttttttttttttttttttttttt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Nice hotel

This hotel is great for staying for an extended time. It comes equipped with refrigerator and stove so you will not have to eat out all the time. It is located close to all major venues in the area.

Nice clean room, but not sure its extended stay

Pros: Excellent and well trained staff
Cons: Confusing shower and could use better pillows
The staff was ultra friendly. The room was clean and every question i had was handled promptly. The shower was challenging, and the staff member that helped me said that the confusion on how to run it was quite common. The pillow were super firm and flat and had no give to them for neck support.

Not happy

Expedia put me in this hotel after they so called cancelled my room at the Laquita inn without any call or email! They put us in a smoking room, which smelled really bad! Didn't have a roll away bed available, the beds were very small, so we were smashed! The airport transportation was very unfriendly and I would never stay there again!

Don't recommend at all.

Completely dirty room was not cleaned before we arrived. Shower had old soap, hair and rags in it. Floor was dirty also. No coffee for coffee maker and not vacuumed . Tray and gum stuck in drawers . It was the worst stay but we had no other options . And breakfast was a muffin and coffee at the lobby :( very disapponted. They said sorry !! REALLY !!!

Stay away! Never again.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Don't tell your customers that they booked a room they clearly did not. Do not tell your customers that you didn't think they would show up.
Location: ? Just wanted to sleep.
Checked in at 1am after a very long day. Just wanted to sleep for a few hours before my flight. Room was a horrible smelling smoking room. Called down and the staff told me that I'd booked a smoking room. Not true. My booking clearly said non-smoking. Between the uncomfortable cheap pillows and the smell that was so strong, you could taste it, I finally got up at 5 am and left for the airport for a 1p flight. Had to get out. This is the second time in two weeks this happened at a different location, but same hotel chain. They will likely apologize in a response but according to other similar reviews, it's a total first come first served.

Comfortable and pleasant

I only stopped for a single night stay but was very pleased. The woman behind the desk was nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette is very convenient. The room itself was basic but perfect for a comfortable nights sleep.
