Overnight stay

Pros: Location
Cons: Carpet needs to be replaced. Lobby hours. What hotel does not have a lobby open 24 hours?
Location: Did not use.
Hotel offers shuttle service to the airport but it does not start until 6:00 am. That is too late for people like us that had an early flight. Cab service called was of no help. Room was musty smelling inside. Room overall was clean. Lobby was open 7 am to 11 pm. Not very convenient.

Walking distance to movie theater and restaurants. Will be staying again.

Great place!

It was a convenient place, clean,comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and well lighted . I would stay here again

Noisy Neighbors

My husband and I decided to go on a date and a weekend getaway once a month . Everything was great until 3:00 a.m. when our neighbors decided to have a loud conversation.

We needed an inexpensive hotel near the interstate and we found this location convenient, quiet, clean with very friendly staff. I'd stay again if in the area.

Not a good hotel for a nigh in transit at BWI

Called for a van at 10:04. Told van stopped at 10:00. Maid walked in in the morning despite the locked door and the do not disturb sign. Morning van was 25 minutes late and the driver was rude. Expressed my concerns to the front desk and was told "Sounds like your day is even worse than mine".

Hotel close to the airport.

We had two drives that were exceptionally great. Their names were Frances and Shawn. They both opened the door to the van each time. The other driver Vincent never opened the door and when I couldn't get the door closed he said try again. Then it closed he said open it you have to slam it. I am a woman with a bad back of course don't look like it, but his behavior was unexceptible. Vincent went on to say that this is his second job his side money he has a real job. Vincent had a very bad attitude. Myeshia was very delightful.

Pros: Patience of staff, even though overwhelmed with last-minute guests stranded overnight by cancelled flights
Cons: Facilities
Adequate for short stay if you're stranded, if you don't mind the possibility of AC not working, or having no towels, or a mattress that was not clean (other guests reported these things while I was waiting in check-in line).
