Cheap, close to the airport

Pros: Proximity to Glen Burnie and BWI. The price was good.
Cons: The smell.
Location: Very close to BWI, which made transporting folks back and forth to the airport a breeze.
This hotel is nothing special. A bed, a shower, and outlets, which are all I really needed for this trip. Strong, repugnant smells of vomit in the elevator and second floor hallways. A breakfast that can be described simply as "a muffin in a packet." Beds and towels were not changed. Reception staff were friendly and casual when we interacted with them, perhaps the only highlight of the stay. If you need a place to crash around Glen Burnie, then I guess this counts, but I wouldn't spend more than $70/night on it.

Very Disappointing and Disturbingly Poor Quality

Pros: Nothing - every aspect of my stay was substandard and needs improvement.
Cons: Hotel needs more proactive and engaged management. Staff appears to need training and motivation to reach higher standards. Needs complete renovation.
Location: Glen Burnie is loaded with commercial areas, restaurants, stores and entertainment. It is a suburban area of Baltimore adjacent to BWI Airport.
Hotel grounds are poorly maintained, trash in parking lot, overflowing exterior trash cans, mattresses and old furniture littered around the dumpster, large pot holes, etc. Hotel has a very bad odor in all areas- the hallways, lobby, elevator and stairs. Overall run-down and showing its age - badly in need of a complete renovation and update. Breakfast being listed is completely false advertisement - they only provide low quality coffee (small cheap cups) and one choice either an off brand hard granola bar or small muffin on basically a small end table near the front desk. The room was dirty, smelled bad, dirty sheets with a noisy HVAC wall unit that did not work well. Small TV with a grainy picture and poor quality cable signal on most channels. Few outlets for electric devices. Slow WiFi with limited bandwidth. Vending machines are higher than airport pricing. Some other guests were extremely noisy all night long so clearly their activities are not being checked by hotel management or staff. My room was not serviced during my stay. The staff is clearly undertrained, unmotivated and poorly supervised. This hotel shows no pride in its overall operation and that blame falls in its immediate and higher level management. My last experience at an Extended Stay was a 3 week stay in Orlando about 10 years ago and that was outstanding. This visit was so horrible I would never consider this brand hotel an option in the future for myself or my 560 employees.

Not going back again

Pros: Close to Walmart, Ledo pizza and Panera and lot more options,
Cons: Breakfast and utilities inside the room and that smell.
Location: Not a family location.
Area feels unsafe, rooms had no coffee machine no bath utilities. Internet did work but was bit slow had to pay for faster connection. Breakfast is joke you gat grab and go muffin and granola bars. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Bar and buffet across the street are known for late night incidents.

Would not recommend

The front desk staff was nice and accommodating...housekeeping staff nonexistent (never cleaned our room)...overall feel of the hotel was sketchy. We moved to a different hotel after day 2 of a 4 night stay.

Hotel Review

I had issues reaching the front desk. I called three separate times and no one answered. The room itself was decent but it smelled. The hotel itself also smelled. Also did not enjoy the fact that I and my boyfriend got abruptly woken up by the fire alarms going off at 730 in the morning, which somewhat appeared to be a regular occurrence. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. It was fine for a quick one night stay but nothing more than that.

Will never stay again. One of the dirties hotels

Will never stay again. One of the dirties hotels I've ever been in. It wasn't blood stains on the carpet bad...but it wasn't far off. I was honestly uncomfortable staying here and considered just getting another hotel.
