Perfect Location for Our Visit to Maryland

Pros: Excellent staff; comfortable accommodations.
Cons: They were remodeling much of the first floor when we visited. This made it a little tight in the parking lot a couple of times.
This hotel was very convenient for our visit to Baltimore and Glen Burnie in Maryland. The staff was very helpful with our accommodations. They also took care of a problem with a noisy neighbor in a very professional and courteous manner. All in all we were quite pleased and will likely stay here again on our next visit to the Baltimore area.

Comfortable bed.

The best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The king size mattress,was very confy.

Convenient to where I needed to be.

I am not especially a fan of the new grey used in decor but I thought the way you used grey in the hotel room was nice. The floor color was a nice blend of taupe. your staff at the front desk were so willing to help me. You have caring, personable people working for you. The shuttle drivers made me feel like they were really my friends. I did not expect such kindness . I also stayed at your hotel on the night I came in on Sept 8th. Same experience. Thank you.

Located for convenience

Great location to give you short travel time to a variety of destinations, Baltimore, Washington, and Eastern Shore. Flying into BWI the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Airport and the room was as quiet as being in the country, I never heard air traffic

Exceptional Customer Service

Excellent in all facets. Talked to the owner upon check out and expressed my gratitude in owners putting money back into their properties. Customer service was excellent and went out of their way to help me when my bag busted. Maintenance employee and owner helped me get my bag ready for my flight. They did not have to do that. Personal touch. I will be back to stay at this hotel.
