Convenient to where I needed to be.

I am not especially a fan of the new grey used in decor but I thought the way you used grey in the hotel room was nice. The floor color was a nice blend of taupe. your staff at the front desk were so willing to help me. You have caring, personable people working for you. The shuttle drivers made me feel like they were really my friends. I did not expect such kindness . I also stayed at your hotel on the night I came in on Sept 8th. Same experience. Thank you.

Bed was not king size per reservation. Business service computer did not work.

Located for convenience

Great location to give you short travel time to a variety of destinations, Baltimore, Washington, and Eastern Shore. Flying into BWI the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Airport and the room was as quiet as being in the country, I never heard air traffic

It was nice and close to restsurants and airport

Needed hotel overnight and was good fit. Had dinner at Cracker Barrel and next morning had tasty breakfast.

Ok stay, under remodel right now, so kinda run down right now. The room itself was fine, just another hotel room.

Perfect stay

Pros: shuttle service
Cons: fruit or cookies in the evening
Location: work stay. had dinner at the italian restaurant nearby
good location and very friendly driver. Took me to the train station and airport.

Stopping in

Hotel was under renovation, but very nice. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Two queen beds was nice. Breakfast was a little under what we expected, but sufficed.
