Not satisfied...no microwave; the chair in the room had no support...all most fell out of it twice. Asked and was given a new room however, it wasn't an approvememt.

Great hotel for the price, fast airport shuttle

Pros: Proximity to airport, shuttle, and price
Cons: The pillows are very small and square - would be nice to have standard rectangular pillows
Location: 10 minutes from airport
I had a great experience, especially considering the very low price. When you arrive, just call the hotel and they will send the shuttle, which takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. I had three drivers in my two stays there and they were all very friendly. The checkin person at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The lobby was clean and they have free breakfast and fruit there. The rooms were very small but clean. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience for this price and convenience to BWI airport. Again, this review reflects two separate stays, so I didn't "get lucky".

Hotel was remodeling

Bath tub shower half of the water when though the head the rest came out the faucet, ask the front desk to give a wake up call they never called lucky we did our cell phone or we would have been late for our ride to airport. Would not recommend staying there to anyone!

Toilet works sometimes, no vanity in bathroom . Great shuttle driver and easy checkin.

Make another choice

Pros: Wake up call to leave.
Cons: Airport shuttle service, the horrible smell through out the hotel.
Location: Get out and leave, airport is the best option to get far away from this hotel.
I chose this hotel based on location and price. I got what I paid for a cheap room. The advertisement of free parking is only while you stay there not the additional days you need while you travel. Pick up service from the airport is terrible.

Never again

First time staying at there checked in a little after midnight. Front desk guy was rude with zero customer service. He was in the back walked up to desk first thing out of his mouth was “ this is a smoke free hotel no smoking in any rooms “ no hello / welcome / hi. The entire checking in process was just unpleasant.
