Close to the airport. Creepy staff. Uncomfortable

It was fine, but I could have a stayed at a motel and had the same experience for a cheaper price.

Nice to food and shopping centers

Was in town for one night for a conference ,microtel inn was a affordable hotel and comfort and clean ,also was very close to gas ,food ,shopping and coffee centers ,would highly recommend this hotel staff was friendly

I won’t ever stay there again. The chair was stained, the microwave didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned enough

Booked based on proximity to airport but turned out to be a 15 minute drive to rental car return. Room has double bed, microwave and fridge but that's about it. Won't stay here again.

Hotel in need of a makeover

We have stayed at multiple Mictrotel hotels in the past and have been very happy with them. This one was a disappointment. The room had a musty odor, the curtains were falling off the track,, the bed looked like it was half made. There was a bar of soap left in the shower from the previous occupant, the floor tiles were cracked. There was a sign in the lobby stating they were remodeling, the rooms definately need an update and cleaning!

Pros: THE STAFF AND CLEANLINESS
Location: THE LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR MY CONVIENCE OF A GETAWAY SPOT RESTAURANTS AND MOVIE THEATRE CLOSE BY.
I had a problem with the soap machine in the laundry room Justin the front desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate my needs along working the breakfast setup. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

A disappointment.

Pros: It was close to the airport and the shuttle driver was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Just about everything
Staff at front desk was not friendly, the hotel smelled of stale ciggeretts annd the hallways were cluttered with random chairs and tables. The breakfast was the worst I had had in many yewars and the coffee was so wealk I could not drink it.

Poor Hotel Choice

Tub in the bathroom was broken, you could not turn the shower on all the way, the water was half bath/half shower. Also, the faucet was rickety and wasn't all the way attached to the wall. We came at a time of renovations and all we smelt was paint the entire first night. There was one ice machine for all 3 floors and it was broken. 2.5 stars is generous.

The hotel is bad

Place is rather good. The room was not clean, with awull smell. The bed and pillows we're extremely not comfortable. The breakfast was poor.
