Hotel is OK.

Pros: supposed to be close to the airport
Cons: need another person to answer phone and improve breakfast menu.
It was hard to call the hotel for airport pick up, phone just kept ringing and they put you on hold for a long time. Not much choices for breakfast.

Pros: nice
Cons: food for early morning pancakes better more type
Location: two to five mins away food gas station
safe very safe would stay there again every one was kind even the guest parking was good

A bargain

Tucked away in a commercial area - this hotel is a nice find, not far from Baltimore.

Smelled like cigarette smoke. Linens weren't clean. Tv didn't work.

Ok but needs help

The hotel was ok, my room was supposed to have microwave and fridge but did not. Mom at front desk in evening g grilled me about asking for towels/facecloths for next morning. I was told I could get a rollaway bed at check in 10:00 at night we still did not have it and at that point was when I was informed it was 10.00 more. Desk person at check o never said that nor did I read that on website, not a big deal on moneybut principal(communication) it is a bid deal. Evening front desk man not very friendly needs a customer service class.

Great place to stay

Over night stay.

Pros: Convenient for my meeting the next day.
Cons: Make rooms complete and do repairs before letting people in.
Location: Did not use the hotel for amenities near by. It was just close to where I had a meeting the next morning.
Room not set up for occupancy. No TV remote, binder for TV channels or local amenities. Bathroom fan did not work. Bathroom light burned out. Breakfast was horrible. Advertised free breakfast but the best thing was the cereal. No breakfast meats or eggs. Waffles were like from the grocery store freezer section and just microwaved. I went to McDonald's and got a better meal. Hard to find a parking spot. Had to wait for keys to be made as key coded machine was not working when I checked in.

The staff was very nice, the room? Yuck

Got stuck with a missed connection so had to stay over, thus not the best of circumstances. Quickly booked a room on Expedia. Was just looking for something safe and clean, didn't need luxurious. Arrived and staff at the desk was very kind. Got to the room, yuck! It just had a broken down feel, (I.e. cover on controls for AC unit, electrical cords/extension cords exposed,) and felt worn out, very dated, all I needs to do was sleep so not a huge deal but wish I had known it was so dejected feeling.

Nice hotel close to the bwi airport

The staff at the counter was very welcoming an the service was efficient the room was very clean and comfortable I was there for only 2nights but it was a wonderful experience thanks

Not a typical Ramada

The location of the hotel is not close to anything. The nearest store is 10 minutes away. The hotel staff were nice. However, we didn't have a room key because the machine was broke. The room had mold on the walls, the pictures, and in the bathroom. Curtains were stained and coming apart. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but quickly checked out the next morning.
