Mix feelings about the experience in this hotel

The hotel is OK, the height of bathroom sink was very low, it was perfect for my child who is 2. Other than that the room was OK and clean. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff were excellent. The ladies working in the kitchen were very attentive and polite. One them even gave my child a small toy gift during breakfast. However the staff who was at the front desk was not helpful at all. The wifi in my room was not working and she only said that nobody had complained about it, but that she would put a ticket for us the next day, but nothing that she could do for us that night. I was thankful that the instructions on the hotel pamphlet listed the internet provided phone number who I called and helped me to connect to the wifi. Another "misunderstanding" with the front desk staff was that I booked and paid thru Expedia but she charged my credit card also. I am glad that I was able to find out right away and called Expedia and one of the manager from Expedia promised that the charge would be removed... I am still waiting...but I am confident that the hotel will credit back my account.

Worst experience

Worst experience in a residence inn marriottso far. Very uncooperative staff especially housekeeping. They didn't clean the room and when we came back in evening, no-one from housekeeping was in hotel to help. Most unprofessional experience by a residence inn marriott team. Very much diasspointed.

Close to grand kids

The only down side to this hotel was the breakfast bar,,, it was Awful Few choices food not prepared very well . Not even close to being up to par versus price of the room. I had two rooms for three days and I would have expected flavorable eggs. Nice hotel but that was my once and done

great! was awesome, I needed a place close to the airport and this hotel was perfect
