Unclean

Saw two cockroaches come out of the light switch right next to the bed. Made me feel really uncomfortable.

Relaxing Hotel

Loved my stay here, me and my children really enjoyed ourselves in the pool and spa and breakfast was good as well.

When we went to check in someone else was checked in under our name. Then when we finally get to a room it had one queen and I requested 2queen beds ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers). So had to go back down and request a different room. My confirmation clearly stated 2 queens. Hotel says their system said one bed. I think that when the hotel transferred outlet reservation to a new one due to some one else checkng in under our reservation she did it wrong but would not admit it and blamed it on Expedia. I will not stay here again.

Close to the mall, walking distance on a nice day

Rooms are ok. Alarm clock woke me up all early morning. The last person that stayed in the room I booked, must have messed up the clock, or housekeeping must have pushed something. I needed a good night sleep uninterrupted sleep after working. I did not get it. I had sleep through the morning and missed breakfast & cofee and a chance to relax on the hot jacuzzi, because I had to check out right after I woke up. It was terrible. Hotel was nice. Night frontdesk was nice. Its very close to restaurants, Arundle mills mall is 5 mins walking distance on a summer day. Very close 12 min drive to BWI airport.

Very nice hotel for last minute travel.

Pros: Clean rooms shuddle service great. Cleanliness, and employees great.
Cons: I feel everything was great from start to finish.. I feel keep up the Great work...
Location: The location was Great even though we had just left Las Vegas ,. We was close to Maryland Live the mall etc...l Very convince and Nice...
I end up staying at the Spring field suites on a last minute twist... I was traveling from a San Diego to Norfolk Virginia when are plane was canceled.and stuck in Baltimore for two days... Me and my husband we just spent 7dats in Las Vegas and not only was we ttired and ready to get home but we also was broke... So here we are in the airport stuck for two days because of the weather . So we couldn’t get a rent a car to drive back ... So we called Springfield suits and they had rooms avail it was a short sweet transaction the shuttle guy came to the airport in a nice cozy warm shuttle cause it was below the teens at this point .. Check in at front desk the night auditory was very nice .He offered toiletries for the next morning cause are bags was sent ahead of us... Check in and went to the most Clean,Welcomeing room a person in this much confusion could ever ask for ... The bed slept well the room was nice clean and warm... I WOULD DENIFENTLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,.. BREAKFAST GREAT...SHUDDLE SERVICE GREAT... EMPLOYEES GREAT....

Amazing hotel near everything

All i can say is this hotel was sooooo incredibly nice... Even from a discount hotel site i was extremely surprised on how cheap the hotel was.... When i visit my friends in Pasadena i will definitely stay here again.... Thanks expedia
