"L’arrivée à l’hôtel s’est très mal passée. Malgré plusieurs échanges avec le propriétaire et abritel nous nous sommes vus refuser l’accès à nos chambres avec plusieurs enfants à 22h dans un pays que nous ne connaissons pas alors même que nous avions réservé à l’avance. Abritel n’a pas su gérer la situation convenablement et nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement. Je ne vous recommande ni le site ni l’hôtel pour leur incompétence "

"I had to clean the room myself, and bedding were offered to be changed only once in the week. Water in the bathroom strangely stopped and led to usage of a bucket instead. Insects were found in the bathroom and the manager explained it was because he has put a pesticide, so it was normal. All this in top of paying the bill for hydro used in the room (information provided after the room is rented and this is non refundable. "We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "

They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number.
