Nice apartment 6km from the beaches of Saint Cyr sur mer in a private property. The pool is ozone-treated. Average temperature of the pool 26 ° (summer), you can even swim by mistral (windy days)! Pool access is reserved for tenants and owners only.
We give you a free access to a parking only 100 m from the beaches (you will not need to pay the parking fee at the beach almost 2€/hour!) Free Wi-Fi around the pool. Large trampoline for children. The apartment is Air conditioned and has 3 rooms: 1 room with a bed 140 x 200 and a large closet with a safe, 1 living room with kitchen, large fridge with freezer and a small alcove with 2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. To enjoy the garden there is a terrace with a table, chairs and deckchairs as well as a summer kitchen with a gas plancha grill. We also have a Laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. Garden with kiosk and deckchairs.
Neither the cleaning products nor the linen are provided. We can rent them if needed.
Two guarantees will be requested: one of 500 € for the apartment damages and one of 100 € for the cleaning. (Cleaning is not included in the rental).
Check in from 9:00 to 11:00 and Check out from 16:00 to 19:00. For different hours please contact me in advanced.
In July and August we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Paix et tranquillité dans un endroit magnifique.
Pas facile de trouver l'emplacement. Bien reçu par Dany et Jacques. La belle piscine compense tout dans cette belle région. Ils n'ont pas eu le parking gratuit à la plage depuis deux ans. Ils l'avaient déjà transmis à VRBO mais c'est toujours sur le site. Cela nous a coûté un peu d'argent supplémentaire au début. plus tard, nous avons trouvé des places de parking gratuites (avec quelques minutes de marche). Les propriétaires sont toujours prêts à fournir des informations, mais cela doit être demandé explicitement. Cave locale "les trois filles" visitée à distance de marche. Était amusant. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances malgré la forte chaleur de 35°C. Merci Dany et Jacques !

Une semaine parfaite en France
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos deux enfants chez Madame et Monsieur Chavroche. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et la vue est très impressionnante. L'appartement est très propre et nous avons aimé la cuisine extérieure avec le barbecue. Monsieur Chavroche nous a donné des informations touristiques et il était tout de suite là pour nous aider avec le gaz. Nour recommandons cette location. Famille Lübke

Location idéale pour ceux qui recherchent un petit coin de paradis et du calme
Emplacement situé à une bonne dizaine de minutes de la digue mais le fait de surplomber la côte donne encore un plus beau caractère à la propriété. Endroit super calme où il y a moyen de faire également de faire de belles balades (pas toutes plates :) ) et situé non loin de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le logement en lui-même est de taille correcte mais les extérieurs sont très spacieux. La piscine, quant à elle, est parfaitement située et parfaitement exposée pour profiter du soleil quasi omniprésent. Propriétaires bien présents mais très loin d'être envahissants et disponibles en cas de renseignements. Un lieu à recommander (mais ne l'ébruitez pas de trop)

Merveilleux séjour
Dany et Jacques nous ont accueilli avec bienveillance dans leur magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin et bcp de goût. Que dire de la piscine : exceptionnelle. L'aménagement extérieur de notre espace de séjour (terrasses, plancha,...) nous a permis de profiter du climat varois dans un véritable havre de paix. Merci pour l'accueil. A recommander sans aucun doute.

Location de qualité, au calme et avec espaces extérieurs agréables
Une très agréable semaine de vacances passée dans cette location bien équipée. Perchée dans les hauteurs, accessible par les petites routes de l'arrière-pays saint-cyrien, elle et idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer mais aussi toute proche du charmant village du Castellet. Et Toulon ou Marseille ne sont pas loin. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans les alentours (mer, visites et randonnées) mais il faut aussi profiter des espaces extérieurs offerts: belle terrasse couverte, table de ping-pong, trampoline et une très belle piscine. Ces équipements ont fait le bonheur de mes enfants. Merci aux Chavroche pour leur amabilité et leur prévenance. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit reposant et de qualité.

Je pense que la location ne convient pas à des enfants de moins de 10 ans. La piscine située au dessus de la location reste ouverte pour permettre au locataire de s y rendre en liberté mais ne permet donc pas d être sécurisé. D autres par beaucoup de règles difficiles à faire respecter par des enfants. Ne pas plonger, ne pas sauter, ne pas crier. D autres part même pour les adultes les horaires d accès à la piscine de 9h à 19h non précisé avant notre arrivée ont été vécu comme une contrainte. L annonce précisait deux chambres, il n y en a qu’une. La deuxième est un lit superposé installé dans un couloir. Car en précisant deux chambres avec coin montagne on s attend comme je l ai déjà vécu à la montagne qu il y est une petite pièce avec un lit superposé permettant d isoler les enfants une fois couchés. Enfin la superficie de l appartement n est pas de 50m 2 mais plutôt de 35 m2 . La partie extérieure est conforme au photo est appréciable. Enfin les relations avec le propriétaire ont été un peu difficile avec monsieur ce qui a eu un impact sur notre séjour malgré la gentillesse de madame. Je conseillerai cette location à des couples sans enfant ou avec de grands enfants.

Absoluut een aanrader!
Mooie, rustige locatie, goed onderhouden woning met complete uitrusting. Topper is zeker het ruime zwembad en met de overkapping kun je er altijd in, zelfs bij regen of veel wind. Ook voldoende (overdekte) buitenruimte om te koken en te zitten/eten. Gratis gebruik van de beveiligde parkeerplek vlak aan het strand is ook een pluspunt. Verder zeer vriendelijke en discrete gastheer en -vrouw, beschikbaar wanneer nodig. Kortom, absoluut een aanrader!
