"Hotel was hard to find as it was in a complex with hundreds of other apartments so more sign direction would help. Beds weren’t made but had packaged bedding waiting for me to make them, I had no toilet paper in my room, check in was at 5pm & checkout was at 10am which was a bit inconvenient.
