The hotel is pleasant n quiet. Staff is friendly. Overall gd except t gym n t sauna is a big disappointment. T breakfirst is gd. Staff very cheerful.

Good stay but...
(-) The bathroom is smelly .. and the bathroom door hard to close, we get dirty doormats.. and some spot in room didn’t clean neatly .. (+) the air conditioners running well, all the staff really nice

Friendly staffs, clean room with basic facilities
All of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Room condition and furnishing are basic. Poorly equipped fitness center and small swimming pool. Free parking for guest is very thoughtful and important. TV has variety of international channels.

4star hotel with 6star services
Stayed for 4D3N and its totally worth it. Everything are beyond our expectation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room are so spacious and clean. Housekeeping did their job perfectly. Definitely coming back for their superb services.

We had a great stay in this perfectly placed hotel. What made is great was mostly the stuff. Great people and super professional. I really loved and would definitely recommend it.

Roomy, clean and the staffs are awesome
I got the hotel from Hotels.com -- and I thought why dont we give it a try? and it was very nice... the hotel is unique and the staffs are very friendly... we only stayed for 1 night and the room is quite roomy.

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, but we're very impressed, buffet food was very nice, the thing that shines through is the staff, fantastic & friendly is the only way to describe the standard. I would recommend Banana tree to all. Only minus point only small size pool.

Stay at Banana Inn was fantastic. Good service, good breakfast spread and at a great location. Many local restaurants nearby, convenience stores nearby and easily available transportation outside the hotel.

comfortable accommodation in an affordable hotel
It was a very good stay. Liked the hotel a lot. One pet peeve though. Although i made a booking for 2 adults and 1 kid, my 6 yr old was charged for buffet breakfast child rate, even though all she had was 4 pastries. I will keep that in mind if making a booking at the same place again in future. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Room is HUGE and clean. Parking is free. Breakfast is acceptable. We had small welcoming dessert with hand-written welcoming note on the room table. There are some local restaurants and convenient store closeby. However when we came the traffic was awful. We had to walk 2 km to Factory Outlet, because we didn't find any other attractions closer.

Nice & good location
First time to bandung and was lucky to picked the hotel. Nice & friendly staffs. Location was good. Restaurants was walking distance. However, the downfall was that it is situated beside university areas. A bit noisy in the morning because there was new intakes and it was the orientation week.

Nice overall hotel.
Relatively small hotel with a nice restaurant. Rooms are on the small side. Abundant breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and helped arrange for transportation to Yogyakarta. Gym is very limited but the pool area is nice.

good spot in Bandung
was only there for one night but was very happy with it: good location, very good buffet breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, lovely spa. the mosque is very close and therefore loud but i imagine that is the case for most of the hotels in the area.

hotel nyaman di lokasi strategis
lokasi ok n kamar cukup besar dan lengkap, tapi sofa di kamar perlu dibersihkan krn waktu berbaring di sofa, badan jadi gatal-gatal
