"the property is well maintained and really smartly designed and decorated. it has all the cooking and household amenities needed for our stay. the location was fantastic, a very few short blocks from downtown Banff and an easy and lovely walk to the Bow river and other known sites. The host was easy to work with and very helpful in resolving any questions that we had in advance of our stay. All in all a great place to stay!"

"Location is perfect. Condo is updated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Negatives are the bedrooms are very small with no closet or dresser. Also, the delivery trucks for the grocery are right below the rooms and the trash / recycle truck comes nearly every morning by 8 for multiple loads. The hot tubs were broken the entire time we were there, so that was disappointing. The closest free parking is about a 7 minute walk."

"Very nice accommodations! The hotel restaurant was excellent, we wound up eating 75% of our meals there sitting outside with the unbelievable view of the mountains, too. Even though Hotel Canoe is the furthest Uptown, the walk to Downtown is super easy, and the transit shuttle picks up right across the street if you don't wish to walk. We will definitely stay there again...just make sure to upgrade your RSVP to a room with unobstructed views of the mountains. AAA"
