"Lovely guesthouse, great hosts, fab breakfasts."
Our hosts were wonderful, full,of knowledge about Banff and the surrounding area. We only had a short time there so wanted to make the most of it. We were able to borrow bear spray, and take advice of the best hikes to do in the day, and where to go for supper in the evening. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed comfortable, and the shower was excellent!. If we manage to get back to this area we would want to stay again at Buffaloberry, and would recommend to anyone else. It's just brilliant!

"In the Rockies, how can one complain?"
Everything was great other than my usual objection to paying an exorbitant amount for overnight parking. Did not sample the lounges or restaurants so cannot comment.

The kids had a blast at the indoor Playzone and waterpark, and the outdoor hot tub was really nice, but the accommodations were more "rustic" and outdated than I had expected.

"Beautiful!! Definately have to revisit "
The Fox was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, had an amazing hot pool and sauna that was clean. Very helpful hotel staff. Rooms were clean. The only thing was the pillows were horrible. Right on Banff strip so within walking distance of many stores and restaraunts. The Fox was also a great price. Definately will have to revisit there next time.

"Castle in the Rockies"
The public spaces of this hotel, location and scenery are all outstanding. The spa is very luxurious and the therapists are very well trained and very good at their jobs. My only negative comments about the hotel are regarding the rooms and the food prices. The rooms are quite small, furniture is dated and our room was cold. Food prices are high. But don't let either of these factors deter you from experiencing everything else that is wonderful about this hotel.
