"Aberlour is a beautiful town. This stay serves it purpose, and the hosts and breakfast were awesome. They were very nice. The location is good, parking on the street, and room was cozy and not large. It may have been a little overpriced for what amenities and room we received, but it was clean and safe and we only stayed one night. We ate at the Mash Tun that night which was great and a great recommendation "

Frequently asked questions

What is the nightly rate for a B&B in Banff?
Prices for B&Bs in Banff often vary, but you can find a great deal from $129 with Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as location and the time of year. It usually costs more to stay at Banff B&Bs over the weekend too. Travelers can find the best deals by being flexible with their dates, and by using our filters to sort prices from low to high.
When is the best time to book a B&B in Banff?
The best time to book a B&B in Banff is during the summer months, particularly July, when the town comes alive with vibrant activities and stunning natural beauty. This peak season attracts outdoor enthusiasts eager to experience the breathtaking landscapes of Banff National Park, offering a range of adventures from hiking and biking to wildlife spotting.

Visitors in July can expect warm temperatures, typically ranging from the mid-50s to mid-70s Fahrenheit, which create an ideal climate for outdoor exploration. The days are long, allowing ample time to take in the awe-inspiring sights, such as the turquoise waters of Lake Louise and the majestic Rockies. The atmosphere is lively, with festivals and events that highlight the local culture and community spirit.

For those seeking a more budget-friendly experience, consider visiting Banff in November. This transitional month provides a unique opportunity to witness the stunning autumn landscapes and enjoy the serenity of the park as the summer crowds have departed. The crisp air, combined with fewer tourists, allows for peaceful walks and scenic drives, showcasing the natural beauty of the area in a quieter setting.
What is the difference between a Banff B&B and a hotel?
Every Banff B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it's a cozy reading space or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the quaint details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home. Travelers can look forward to personal touches, thoughtful amenities and of course a scrumptious breakfast at Banff B&Bs.
