Comfortable stay for a solid price

Posted Dec 10, 2017
Got a king bed, came with a great balcony view of the Christmas-decorated town. Check-in was fast, the room was nice, the bed was comfy, and the room temperate was consistently perfect. It's right on the main strip about 5 blocks from the shopping area, which was super convenient. Overall, it satisfied all expectations. One small thing, they had free movie rentals at front desk but their selection was pretty dated, but whatever, the TV had plenty of channels. Otherwise there was no bumps or hiccups

The room and area were beautiful. Food at the restaurant was fantastic as were the staff. The only downfalls were the hot tub/jacuzzi was everything but hot, it was more like a warm pool. Rocky Mountain Soap in the room was great but very powerful scent. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soap if scent sensitive. Overall was GREAT stay.

Pros: A pleasant but ultimately forgettable experience.
Location: Located at the far end of "hotel row" from downtown Banff, the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from most shops and restaurants.
Nice enough hotel though really nothing to distinguish it from the other hotels on this strip of Banff Ave. Pleasant and attentive staff from chick-in through to check-out. Did not use the facilities (pool, weight room) but they looked clean and functional.

We went to Banff for a overnight getaway. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room . All in all it was a very relaxing stay . We will certainly stay there again.

Best stay yet in Banff

Pros: I loved the high ceiling in the room with the Jacuzzi - and having the balcony available for a breath of fresh air. Fireplace was a nice touch!
Cons: Don't change too much...you've got it almost perfect now.
Location: This is Banff... are you kidding?
Very nice hotel, I loved the room with the Jacuzzi, and having the steakhouse inside (Bumpers) that also does breakfast was excellent.
