This was a great choice for our stay! We were looking for something inexpensive and weren't too concerned with any bells and whistles other than a hot tub and walkable to downtown. Well this turned out to be a pleasant surprise for the amount we spent. The hotel is much more modern on the inside than the outside suggests. We were originally placed on the bottom floor and I requested not to be and they gladly changed rooms. The rooms were clean as could be and although the one we had kind of had a weird layout, it was plenty big and had everything we needed with a view of the mountains. The hot tubs are amazing, they sit in the middle of the hotel but are outdoors which I loved. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I like that even though they don't allow snow equipment in the rooms, the locker service is complimentary (including a lock) and is inside in a secure location. Other places we've been to did not feel safe to leave equipment in. The continental breakfast was good. The best unexpected perk was the AMAZING coffee shop inside the hotel. Seriously the best coffee and pastries, the white chocolate mochas are made with real white chocolate... we had one every day and took pastries to go when we left. Everything was a short walk away. Parking was easy and there were extra covered spots outside for our vehicle that was too tall for the garage. I would definitely come again and recommend to friends!
