Housekeeping only cleaned our room one out of five nights. Many times they would knock on our door after five pm to come in and clean after we had arrived back from our days activities. The front desk locked us out of our room the last day before 11 am check out time. No response from Clique hotels after complaining to corporate office. Front Desk was either too busy to answer any questions or no one was there. We did not get the service that a Hotel normally offers.

David, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for the expedia community. I am pleased to see that you enjoyed our spacious rooms and beautiful amenities. I am however, disappointed to read that you felt that you did not receive our high level of customer service. Our housekeeping teams work long hours over the holidays in order to service all of our guests during their stay.
