Spacious accomodationsPosted Sep 23, 2015
Location: Within walking distance of downtown.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of these accommodations. I feel that I got lots of bang for the buck, as this was a modern condo with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Nice decor, fireplace, great kitchen, and three outdoor sitting areas. Lots of space to spread out, allows lots of privacy. Check in is at a different resort, but it is close by and not too inconvenient. Parking spots are ridiculously small, but this is a pleasant place and in a good location.

Pros: Great value. Cleanliness. Comfort. Location.
Cons: Master bath can use a better shower head Hotel website used to have floorplans of units but not anymore
Location: 5 mins drive to downtown Canmore. Nice walking path along the river. 15 mins to Banff National Park.
2nd time staying at this hotel and it was as good as last time a year ago. Check-in was a breeze at Mystic Springs down the block. Our 3 bedroom unit was cozy with mountain view. 2 1/2 baths came in handy for our party of 5. Kitchen was well stock and BBQ on the balcony worked well. Internet was strong. Bed was comfortable. Gas fireplace in the living room added coziness. Overall space is tight in our unit. Both full bathrooms and the 2 smaller bedrooms can be a bit bigger. The eating area is also crammed.

A Night in the MountainsPosted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: it was close to downtown Canmore and had stunning scenery all around us.We even seen a herd of elk within walking distance of our hotel.
Cons: Better shower heads in the bathrooms.
Location: There is walking paths, hiking and biking. There are a lot of choices for eating out and shopping. You are just down the highway from Banff National Park
The suite we stayed in was well worth the money we payed. There was four of us in a two bedroom, three and a half bathroom, patio, barbecue, full kitchen and a tv in each bedroom and a flat screen in the living room.It also had a washer and dryer. It had an awesome view if the mountains on one side and was within walking distance of the town of Ccanmore.

Excellent for a large groupPosted Aug 31, 2015
Awesome stay in regard to cleanliness, comfortable beds and three bathrooms is always great! We were sorry the hotel's advertised hot tub was tiny (would have been awkward had another family joined us) and water full of tree bits!! UNfortunately was not clean until well after check-in, we had to wait til 5:30!!! Hotel refunded some money for this but was disappointing nonetheless!

Disappointing for the price!Posted Aug 24, 2015 on Hotels
The condo was very tired. Walls were a mess, toilets had brown build up at the bottom of the bowl, crumbs all over the carpet, but the worst part were the uncomfortable mattress!!!!!

Very comfortable stay with amazing mountain views!Posted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed in the upstairs units with the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Great view of the mountains. Very clean and well kept rooms. TVs were outdated though, those square clunky ones with something like a 23 inch screen. Very surprised to even see them in this type of newer lodge hotel. Only one hot tub for all the guests staying at Fire Mountain.

terrible management!Posted Aug 3, 2015 on Hotels
When we arrived the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. It took over one hour for us to find a someone and we received a key from him. However, the key did not work! We had to spend another 40 min to find someone to help us, and finally found a security person to open the door with his key. Next day we complained to the front desk and their response was to contact the manager who never returned our phone calls. In the end we never got a proper key to our room until next morning and no one at the hotel did anything about it. Very disappointed!!!

Great stay in Canmore in MarchPosted Jun 24, 2015 on Hotels
We loved it there the parking in front of the building did not allow for two cars side by side but that was not too bad. We would defiantly go back again.
