Great veiws, decent price, wood fire places inside with free unlimited fire wood which was awesome great outdoor hottub and pool with mountain veiw real lack of parking was the only real downside as it was first come first serve freeforeall for all stalls other then that fully enjoyed our stay had a blast in banff

We've stayed here several times as it suits our family of 5... Lots of room, public transportation nearby and included, kitchen for snax and meals if we want. The pools have a terrific view, tho can get crowded. We'll stay again

Amazing location, top notch service, staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit run down, definitely not from the most recent renovation. Everything else is just GREAT. Also to mention there is a free-of-charge bus shuttle to the city and the fairmont. Instead of paying overpriced parking, this is a great option.

Absolutely beautiful scenery. Our room was a bit dated and the smell of fire smoke was absolutely overwhelming. Parking was very limited.

Loved the hot tub and sauna. We slept great and appreciated the fans in the rooms. There was shuttle pickup to town and we always had parking available next to our unit.

The pool and hot tub have a wonderful view not to busy and open late. Room came with essentials for cooking, place was clean. The staff were accommodating, poliet and knowledgeable. Would definatly stay here again.

Nice resort. The room smelt like smoke looked like some one before had problems with fireplace. The lemongrass soap was annoying but overall good place to stay

We were dissapointed in the check in as the reservation did not included our pet which I had selected on expedia but the hotel had no record of this therefore we had to pay an extra 25 for the dog as well as an extra 50 for a non pet room which was extrememly dissapointing.

We stayed here with our three young kids. Was a wonderful stay. The hot tub and pool were a big hit, and the games room in our unit kept the kids entertained when we weren’t skiing. There is free transportation to and from the main street in Banff, which was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t let the reviews fool you… this place is dirty needs to have a major overhaul with cleaning and upgrading. When entering the unit it had a funky musty smell. Entry floor was dirty. There was food under the table from previous guests. Black thick cobwebs hung from the ceiling. Kitchen supplies were limited. Extra towels were left in a basket on the floor beside the toilet. No alarm clock in the bedroom, clock on the outdated stove didn’t work. Bring earplugs if you’re staying in the lower level. The floors are not soundproof. You can hear the person peeing above you. The family above us let their children run up and down the stairs and the in the unit. Hard to have a relaxing stay wall that noise. Even though the pool had a beautiful view it too is showing its age. Tiles are missing around the hot pool. Staff weren’t very friendly. Definitely not worth the money for a two night stay.

We loved everything about the property, except for the parking. On the first night there was a lot of parking, including underground, and on the second night there wasn’t any parking at all. The person at the front desk just said, “yeah, we know parking is an issue here.”
