Noisy, too much traffic, elevator very slow, hot tub jets didn't work, no towels at pool, sliding door on deck fell off when opening, kitchen sink plugged, bathroom sink wouldnt drain, high-tech shower worked about 50%
Way too expensive for this place, rather would have stayed at Ramada

Thank you for your comments the heated underground parking is a great feature especially during the winter season and our location is fantastic. Our property is situated in the Heart of Canmore and is very close to downtown and all of the restaurants and stores. Consequently we are also situated fairly close to the highway and if a window is open, it can get a little noisy but to be quite honest this is no comparison to any properties that are located along the rail tracks.
During the busy summer season the elevators will be busier than usual. Unfortunately there is not much anyone can do about this as it’s a common problem in other facilities too.
We provide personal pool towels in the rooms for your convenience and they are placed on your bed upon check in. The pool area itself doesn’t provide pool towels.
We encourage our guests to contact our Front Desk immediately for any issues related to the unit as we have a maintenance team ready to fix or replace any defective equipment.
Please note that our property is very competitively priced in the area and the condo style accommodation we offer comes with full kitchens and all of the conveniences of home. The cost may be a little higher but it more than makes up in other services and amenities that you don’t receive in a typical hotel room. You are also able to sleep more people comfortably in these units which works out great for families or larger groups. If you prefer hotel accommodations we can offer you this as well.
